Acceptance
By using this store or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the store or place an order.
Legal drinking age
This store is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their province, territory, or country of residence. By using the store or placing an order, you confirm that you meet that requirement. The person accepting an alcohol delivery must also meet the legal-age and identification requirements described in our shipping policy.
Permitted use
You may browse this store, purchase products for lawful personal use, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution in editorial coverage. You may not:
- copy or republish the content wholesale,
- reproduce our label artwork, bottle photography, or distillery photography in commercial work without written permission,
- scrape the store with automated tools that ignore
robots.txt, or - use the brand marks (Highwood, the wordmark, the Canada stamp) as your own.

Intellectual property
All content on this store, text, photography, illustration, brand marks, and the underlying design, is owned by Highwood Distillers Ltd. or its licensors. Highwood, Highwood Distillers, and Centennial are trademarks of Highwood Distillers Ltd.
Purchases and checkout
Orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by liquor law, where delivery is not legally available, where inventory is unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping destinations, adult-signature requirements, delivery timing, damaged parcels, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Product availability
Product descriptions reflect the spirit at the time of writing. Inventory, pricing, packaging, and permitted delivery destinations may change. Availability is also subject to provincial and territorial liquor rules, including AGLC requirements in Alberta. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
Links to other sites
This store may link to our marketing site, retailers, partners, our parent Caldera Distilling Inc., and third-party services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.
No warranties
This store is provided as‑is. We do not warrant that the store will always be available, that it will be free of bugs, or that the information on it will be complete or current. We try to keep it accurate; we cannot promise that it always will be.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Alberta law, Highwood Distillers Ltd. and Caldera Distilling Inc. are not liable for damages arising out of your use of this store, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited as a matter of law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the store changes or when the underlying law changes. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current revision. Continued use of the store after a revision is publicly posted is acceptance of the revised terms.
